What if my package is stolen from my porch, will you replace it?
Short answer is no, we do not replace packages that are stolen after they are delivered. If you are not going to be home you might want to have someone pickup your package or have the post office hold it for you.
Custom and personalized orders
Due to the nature of our products, all items are made to order, we do not accept returns. Having said that if there is a problem with your order please contact me and I will do my best to take care of the issue.
Will my soap or candles melt, my state is pretty hot.
Candles and soap are susceptible to damage in extreme heat. We recommend in the summer heat bringing in your items as soon as they are delivered. The tracking number is emailed by Etsy when the shipping label is printed so you can track your order. If you will not be available at the time your items are delivered we suggest having them held at the post office or have a neighbor pick them up as soon as they are delivered. We do not replace or refund for melted items due to being left in a hot location after delivery.
My item arrived damaged what do I do
Your items are guaranteed to arrive unbroken. If your item arrives damaged you must contact me as soon as your item arrives (within one hour of delivery) in order for the guarantee to be valid. If your item was shipped priority the damage is generally covered by USPS insurance if it was done by the postal service. Contact me as soon as the item arrives and we will work on it together.
My item never arrived
If your package does not arrive after two weeks and was shipped priority mail it is covered by USPS insurance, and a claim must be filed. If it is shipped first class mail there is no insurance and is not covered under USPS claims. However it can still be tracked and possibly located. If your package has not arrived and it has been more than 2 weeks since it was shipped contact me and we can work on it together.
Tracking number says my package was delivered but it is not here.
If the tracking says your package was delivered but you are not seeing it, contact your USPS carrier immediately. They can tell you exactly where they left it. They use a GPS system that verifies precisely where the package was dropped off. That would be something you would have to work with your local post office and carrier on. Once the tracking number shows a package is delivered there is nothing we can do about locating it, your local post office can help you with that.
